Can this be used with epoxy and silicone molds?

Yes, this product can be used in silicone molds as a release agent. However, depending on the degree of “smoothness” or lack of texture of the mold itself, this release agent is thick enough to leave a slight texture behind, ( on your finished casting). So,… if your going for a mirror finish there may be better products out there or you could rely on the silicone itself, as silicone does not stick to epoxy readily ( as long as the exothermic reaction does not get too hot). This product is fantastic on melamine mold forms and other smooth substrates you may wish cast slow set epoxy resin into.
