SOS Emergency Panic Button HELP Dialer

The product feels very fragile and cheap. The first one we received was defective. I had to explain several times their product did not work. Another one was shipped. The recording you post can be no longer than four seconds and is very difficult to understand. It does not repeat the message. It hangs your phone up and calls the next number. Same results. Upon returning the unit from having it one weekend I learned they were going to black light it and if they decided it had been worn-no refund. It had not been worn. I had to pay shipping on the return for both units.I also had to pay a restocking fee. After almost three weeks the much smaller than paid refund was granted.

The dialer itself works fine, but I was expecting a wrist button (like the ad indicated). Instead, it came with two lanyards and no wrist device.

Purchased for my mother to help re-assure her while she is recuperating from surgery as she lives independently. It's great peace of mind for everyone. We have had a couple of "false" alarms, so we know it works! I love that we do not have to pay for a monitoring service!!
