Great item
My wife wanted this thing for a while now. We got it for Thanksgiving and it did exactly what we needed to, it kept the bird out of the juice.

Nice Rack!
I love this rack! I bought it specifically for Thanksgiving turkey, but have used it for so many other things. It adjusts easily, is very sturdy, easy to store and cleans up nicely. It says not to put in the dishwasher, so I've been cleaning it by hand and it's fine. Love it!

Needed a rack for this years Turkey as I am traditional cooking not smoking it this year...
Didn't want to fork out $50+ bucks for a roaster pan and rack so I got me a tin foil pan I can toss when done and a rack that was in my eyes cheap - This thing is SUPER strong and EXTREMELY well made....Not 304 (or better) stainless steel but its perfect for the cost and I Very Highl Doubt it will fail for MANY years....I do birds at least every couple months (what can I say -- Love cold turkey Sandwich!!!)... Usually I smoke my birds but I don't feel like the hassle this year I got rid of my old smoker and just haven't the time to set up and test the new one even though I got it cause it has proven to be better than what I had - old one was small and I needed to update - Won't mention what brand I got but this rack will also work with it....Perfectly!!! Two Thumbs Up -- Highly Recommend Buy One!!

This foldable roasting rack fits in a standard roasting pan but is not as sturdy as I expected compared to say the Cuisinart Roasting rack. It was large enough to accommodate a couple of Cornish Hens but for anything bigger I'd look elsewhere. Rack folds easily for storage.

Great roasting rack.
I ordered this roasting rack to replace one that I had for many years. We made the mistake of putting our old rack in the dishwasher, and it eventually rusted badly. The new rack is very similar to our old one. It is very versatile and can be used in many different roasting pans. I like the adjustable feature, which allows for different sizes of roasts. We will hand wash the rack as the manufacturer recommends.
