Flower Essence Services Flora-Sleep Formula Spray, 1 Ounce

I had been using CBD to go to sleep but very expensive. A friend told me about Flora-Sleep. I use 3 sprays under the tongue b4 bed and if I get up to go to the bathroom, spray another 3 and I go right back to sleep.

I have used this for years, it was recommended by a friend. If I wake in the middle of the night, I use three sprays and it usually helps me get back to sleep.

Second purchase, no hang over or drug feeling.

I like the product and do feel it helps me get to sleep but takes at least 4 squirts or more of it to work for me. I feel its worth trying if you have sleep issues. It doesn't leave me with any after affects.

To be honest, I was skeptical of this product, but with regular use it proved to be quite effective. I would say try it for yourself....it's not too expensive, where if it doesn't work for you, you haven't spent a fortune- but if it DOES, then you will see that it is worth every single penny! A wonderful compliment to conventional medicine.

Out of all the flower sprays I have liked this one the least. I haven't notice it has any effect on my staying asleep at all. I've used it every evening for a couple weeks and the only result I have is some pretty wacky dreams (which may or may not be the result of the spray! The Sacred Heart spray gives me some crazy ones!). I won't purchase this one again.
