Pump works very efficiently and quietly
Works really well, my portable ac in heat mode will fill the water tank up fairly quickly, and with the outlet being at the bottom, gravity is not an option to have my water flow out. With this, it fills up as a small tank, and empties it out into a bottle. Love this item

ordered two so far, both work great.
instructions aren't the best but between youtube, and trial and error, the install is easy and the pump works great. you likely won't use either of the black wires. the brown and blue are the power wires for the pump. Attach one to each load wire on your mini split and that should power your pump when the water reservoir reaches the set point. good luck

Works actually better than expected.
Used it on my floor AC unit. The AC unit instructions said to lift the entire (70lb) unit over a drain for it to drain the dehumidifier out.....yeah no. I'm lazy, your lazy. Let's plumb this up to drain into a bucket instead. The only thing I don't like about this is the plug. It just seems like a fire hazard for how janky it is. I'm a fireman so everything is a fire hazard to me though. Overall though I emptied a 5gallon bucket everyday for a long time so I probably have close to 50 gallons of water this little guy went through and no complaints yet. Very quiet, with the AC running you won't hear it kick on. I happen to have a 3D printer so I made a custom holder for this on my unit instead of the zip tips to the side. If the plug was better I would give it 5 stars but honestly for the price what can you expect? It'll look alittle confusing at first. You have a long cord that has the same end as the old 90s telephones did to plug into the end. So you have your reservoir where the water sits inside with the float. Then separate from that, you have the small pump that is placed wherever with a tube to pump into the bucket or outside. Mine ran everyday and kept on working. Never had a issue with it or anything and I put alot of water through it. Thought about drilling a hole through the exhaust vent on my AC unit and just having this pump outside instead. Definitely did exactly what I wanted it to, pump water from my stand-up AC unit without moving the AC unit.

Very quiet when the pump is running.
You may want more ¼" tube when you get this. Other than that, it is really quiet. Install is simple, plenty of videos online showing how to hook up if needed. The water flow works and you cannot hear it. The built in power shutoff is a nice feature. The pump will cut off communication from indoor and outdoor unit if the pump gets backed up. For extended durability, you may want to flush out the drain line which you can find how to do that online. Great value for the money!

La bomba es muy silenciosa incluso hasta ahora considero que mejor que la Mini Orange que es mucho más costosa.

Could be great for specific needs, but. . .
I needed a pump for my condensate drip pan, but I can't use a gravity fed system because the pan is on the floor. This looked perfect. It does pump, but...it is very finicky as to how much water depth turns it on and off. For it to turn on, the float switch container must be almost totally submerged, so much so that there is a risk for the electronic switch wire is wet, and the pan itself overflows (the switch container is about the exact same height as a standard pan). Once it starts up, though, it won't shut off on its own, it just keeps pumping. I have to manually get it started by removing the switch, turning it over to active the pump, put it in the water, and then come back later and take it out. What it really needs is a way to adjust how much water turns it on. This would be a very easy thing if they simply make the plastic column that the float rides up and down longer, and added a rubber grommet to keep the float higher or lower. That would allow the pump to turn on sooner instead of waiting for almost 2 inches of water. Another improvement would be to make the pump turn on and off at a more logical and consistent water level. It's odd that the float needs to be all the way at the top to turn it on, and yet it won't turn off even if it is all the way at the bottom. You also can't use it in a dehumidifier pan, which is what I thought I could also use it for, because the float switch part can't be totally submerged or have water drip on it. The last downside is that it only has a vertical water lift of about 1 foot. Any more than that it won't lift.

Works great!
I purchased the same model 2 years ago and bought this one to replace it. It's currently attached to an 18k btu mini split air handler and works great. The newer model pump is smaller and much quieter than it's predecessor. My old one still works, it was just clogged, so now I have it as a backup.

I purchased this pump after buying another "very quiet" pump that turned out to be unacceptably noisy. This pump was installed behind a hatch inside a wall and has been working well so far. I can barely hear when it runs.
