Absolutely, these can be cut very easily! I used a cheap pair of stainless steel folding scissors to cut these down to smaller sizes, and then I used a finger nail file to round off any sharp corners/edges. The trick to cutting these is to cut each of the 3 sides individually and meet in the middle. Left side, snip. Right side, snip. Middle side, snip. File it, and done!

The spine is flat, yes. All 3 sides form the shape of an acute isosceles triangle. There are no curved sides. All sides are straight.

No, it's just a plastic bag with 10 bars inside. There is nothing else included. There is no printing template.

Do they fit tight enough to use with only 10 or so sheets of paper?

I use them with only 5 and yes they are tight.
