Major increase in Vitamin B complexes in my labs
Talk about increase in B vitamin levels in the blood! I have had borderline B vitamin levels in my labs for years even though I take supplements. Switched to these because I have GI issues. Solved the problem! They taste good, not like artificial sweetener. Dissolve pretty quickly under the tongue.

Pleasant taste and easily dissolves
I’ve just started taking these vitamins, but so far so good. I’ve had gastric bypass so I’ll be taking vitamin B12 for the rest of my life. These are some of the best that I’ve had and I’ve had many brands. They have a pleasant taste and melt quickly. I will be getting lab work next month and if the results are good, I will continue to buy this brand.

Post gastric sleeve – nutrition becomes an obsession to prevent deficiencies – and I love these fast-melting cherry-flavored B12 tablets. Post surgery, there are so many supplements that need to be swallowed or chewed and so I really appreciated these small (1 cm) tablets that dissolve quickly without leaving an unpleasant chalky taste in my mouth. Even if you chew them, they still taste pleasant and do not hurt my throat or stomach going down! Not just B12 though – they also contain 300 mcg of Biotin which I was advised to take postop to help combat the hair loss that accompanies rapid weight loss. 90 tablets in a bottle – 3 month supply. Very happy with the Barimelts B12 Plus and am a repeat purchaser.

The easiest pill you will ever take! Nice flavor and dissolves quickly. Check with your doctor - but this is generally a much needed supplement for us elders.
