Perfect mix for cooking
Great product! I bought it as an emergency food, but ended up using it every day. The amount is very generous, the taste is great. I love the mix, itโs a perfect blend of vegetables without any spices, salt or sugar. The pieces are perfect size - they cook quickly and are not pure. The celery (which I hate fresh) adds a great taste. Very convenient and easy to use in soups. Thank you!

Great product, great value.
I bought this Augason Farms Vegetable Medley Blend thinking the can would be smaller, so I was a bit shocked when I pulled it out of the box; itโs much larger than I expected. Thatโs completely on me for assuming instead of reading the details, but honestly, it ended up being a pleasant surprise because I got far more product than I anticipated. Since it was more than I needed for just myself, I sent half to my son. He loves using it in ramen, and Iโve been using mine in tuna salad, chicken salad, dips, and various other recipes. The vegetables rehydrate well and taste fresh, and theyโve worked perfectly in everything Iโve added them to. This turned out to be a great purchase. The quality is excellent, the amount is generous, and itโs incredibly convenient to have dehydrated veggies on hand for quick meals. Iโll definitely buy this again.

Versatile and delicious
Good to bulk up meals when you Just don't have time or energy to chop things. I've tried it several ways - added it to soup, beans, pot pies, ramen, and with a little seasoning is a quick soup on its own. I plan to take some camping for an easy to carry meal. Mixture is pretty even.

A good go-to staple quick food.
There at an affordable price. I wouldnโt know if I could comment about the grade of vegetables and/or drying process used, but precut and balanced flavor/ingredient surely makes it a good deal. The price to vegetable has been remarkable.

These Are A GOD Send For me !
These dried veggies are great ! My husband had a stroke in 2022. Up until that time, he was a big meat eater, but no veggies, fruits, or whole grains. After the stroke, his diet flipped ! All he would eat was candy, cookies, Little Debbie's cakes, garbage. He's had stomach issues since the stroke, but would not eat ANYTHING that remotely looked like food. Unless it was total garbage, he wouldn't touch it. He also wouldn't listen to me about the need to eat healthier to rehab his body. I was at my wits end. Finally I found these veggies and the lightbulb came on ! I bought these and before using them, I grind them into a powder with my spice grinder. I mix them into foods that he will eat like "homemade" brownies, microwave mug cakes and small batch cookies. I use 1/4 cup of them before grinding and put them into these small batches. He loves the no bake chocolate/peanut butter cookies, made with oats, so I make them a lot with a double batch of the veggies, and a full scoop of chocolate protein powder, because the recipe that I have for them makes quite a few. He doesn't even know they were in there. I am doing the same thing with protein powders, and collagen powders. I use them all in different foods. Like the veggies powder in the brownies, and no bake cookies, (it seems easier to hide the veggies in them), the protein and or collagen powders in the cakes and/or cookies. I also bought some fruit and veggies capsules from Amazon, which I give him once a day. I tell him it's a multi-vitamin. Between all of this, after a little less than month or so, I guess it flipped a switch and now he's requesting scrambled eggs, tuna salad, egg salad, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, and he even had a good sized dish of my homemade pot roast, complete with potatoes, onions, celery, and carrots served on some brown rice last night ! I'm going to keep supplementing his foods with this process. By the way, I also use them for myself, by rehydrating them and adding them to my ramen, and I've even used them, as they come, but rehydrated in a mayonaise based pasta salad I've been making myself. Thank you Amazon and Auguson Farms for helping me get some nutrition into my husband, when he refuses to do it for himself ! If anyone is going through this with a loved one, I pray this helps you, and I would be glad to help with my recipes that I've used for him. My email is [email protected]

Get your veggies! good assortment of ingredients, decent amount of calories for sale price,
Weight is as expected. You do know that they use #10 cans as so most emergency suppliers. That means, NUMBER ten, not ten pound. The size is because it allows for continuity in storage, and allows for various volume amounts that also satisfy the weighted amounts (products are sold based on WEIGHT not volume, which means you can have a canister that appears half full, but it has the weight that is being sold). The #10 canisters are also reusable for other needs, and when still fully sealed will float and will take a lot of abuse all while maintaining integrity of the contents. I have not experienced these situations, but that is the idea across all emergency food. Next size up tends to be pails, then buckets, then simply multiples. Be smart. I buy "emergency food" when it is on sale. That's it. The whole point of prepping is to accumulate well before it is needed. I buy regular food and store it well, and only then do I add in "emergency" food. It is great that it is available, but it is fantastically expensive. Even if you dont do any real food preserving, so long as it is away from light and rats, it all will be fine for a long long time. But added assurance is with emergency branded food, and it takes the knowledge and work out of it. But even then, pay attention to prices and buy when the prices dip low. You can amass more food for your buck that way. If and only if you are in a bind (you were late to the prepping game), then yes by all means get what you can. This vegetable stew is not something I plan to open any time soon (I dont think). I buy similar dried vegetable assortments and soup blends for a fraction of a price, and just double bag it before I toss it in a dark cupboard, or with more motivation/ambition I could repackage in mylar or an air tight container. They are all the same, more or less. Difference is with the types of vegetables. I like having different brands for this reason. I use it for quick soups (just need enough hot water to rehydrate), for crock pot meals for simply adding vegetables anytime to anything whether I have fresh on hand or not. Since I was able to get this on sale at nearly same price as my non-emergency veg soup/stew products, I decided to pick up a couple of canisters to tuck away. I took a look at the ingredients and liked the assortment of vegetables (inc potato). The calories being purchased looked good too. My canisters look good, no dents. I would not have been too concerned with mild dents anyway.
