DnD on the Water? You'll love this!
Gale Force Nine has created an excellent DM screen for dealing with water based adventures. Very specific to water adventures, has no repeat of data from the Original DM Screen. Interior layout is easy to follow with useful charts for everything from ship types, ship names, crew member names, encounters in three different leveled lists & a three section table for on board hazards. A handy addition to the Ghosts of Salt Marsh adventure book. High quality build, with three panels of excellence artwork (& one blah panel). Interior artwork is great also to keep the DM thinking like a sea going antagonist. Yo Ho! Let's Go!

Boyfriend loved it!
I got this for my boyfriend because he is writing a campaign about pirates. The imagery is absolutely beautiful and the information that comes on it is perfect for what he’s creating!

Great Screen
When I ordered this screen I was a bit skeptical. When I got it, was definitely more than I bargained for and an important tool to our campaign. It is super helpful for running campaigns, it has important information on the screen that you can look at quickly without having to flip through the book. Would recommend to any dungeon master.

Beautiful and helpful
Came very quickly. Looks beautiful, the art work On the exterior is very appropriate for the setting and looks great and design of helpful info such as name tables works very well. Th interior tables are designed to name ships, crew members, and design random encounters on the open see from monster to storms to islands to random ships you encounter. Slight stickiness first time I opened it, which made me concerned I was tearing it.

Don’t Normally find these useful
I have never found these useful. That being said, this one has a lot of ready stats for ship encounters and ship function. I really like this screen because it supplements my homemade screen for the times we jump in the proverbial water. It is small enough to fit with my gear too, so it makes a handy reference for My ocean/ship needs.

Needs Less Specialized Content
The artwork on this item was impressive, and will make an attractive addition to my game table when used. The problem with this item is that the tables and information presented inside are very specialized for aquatic and nautical campaigns. This might not be useful for new dungeon masters.

Great art but glue is on the product
I love the artwork but on the inside there’s glue or something that ripped it the first time opening it, it’s right on some great artwork too. Not too pricy but for cardboard that is ruined the second you open it overall I’m disappointed.

Different art panel than advertised
Very disappointed. I bought this as a DM screen mostly for the art. Yet, upon reception of the product, turns out the first panel on the very left is an image of generic coral and a generic whale. I had expected to see the kraken picture, but instead got this completely bland artwork that doesn't even seem related to D&D at all. If I wanted a simple ocean artwork I'd not have spent 30 bucks on this. Then there's the info on the panels behind; people say it's super useful for running sea adventures, but all I see are tables for random encounters and effects for the indecisive DM's who need to roll dice to advance their narrative. The effects might be useful, and having a list of potential monster encounters might be convenient. But is such simple information, coupled with the disappointing artwork up front worth the price? No. Really not. I'd have returned this if I had not opened the damned thing. Also there's a typo for some reason, if such a sign of unpolished work bothers you as much as it does me.
