VVX250 Locked to a provider
Purchased a phone as replacement for a faulty deskphone - but found this has been locked to a supplier by Poly. No way of changing the provisioning server.

I ordered this phone to work from home. To set it up, you need to enter an activation code. Emailed the vendor via Amazon - no response.

Useless
Power supply sold separately. Connects to computer only. Cant connect to a wall jack. They should tell you before you buy.

Nice phone once you get it set up.
Phone works great but it does take some tech know how to set up. I needed the OBI version for Google voice (not the version I got). I connected the phone to my network download the software and pushed it through to the device. Works great on Google voice (business)!

"NEW" means "USED & NOT FUNCTIONAL"
Completely ripped off! After trying to set up phones, NONE of them worked. Return deadline to Amazon has passed by a week. Turning to the manufacturer to get support, we discovered ALL FOUR phones were previously registered & the warranties now expired. We were not sold NEW phones; we were sold USED & NOT FUNCTIONAL paper weights! We now have to find an honest seller to buy four more.
