fantastic. Creatine has so many amazing physical and cognitive effects. As a 35 year old endurance athlete and lifter, the difference it's made in recovery and strength is pretty monumental. THAT said, monohydrate TEARS my stomach up. I had high quality monohydrate gummies that gave some of the most foul farts known to man. My wife was horrified lol. These have totally eliminated the gastric-distress side effect. Yes, it costs a tiny bit more, but 100% worth it for me for side-effect free results. The taste is absolutely a bit sharp and takes some getting used to. I know it's turned some reviewers off to the stuff. for me it's nowhere near a dealbreaker. I'll take a tiny bit of bad taste over gastric misery any day. Honestly, the taste isn't even that bad. I'll typically mix it with some gatorade powder or pre workout to help with that.

I tried creatine monohydrate and I was so bloated and had a really upset stomach. I tried this and didnt have any of the side effect, and I feel amazing. No brain fog, faster recovery and didnt really experience water retention either. It is very sour like the reviews mentioned but I add it with water mixed with coconut water and it tastes way better that way. I am obsessed!

The negative reviews are silly giving negative feedback for taste - a simple google search for this type of creatine blend will absolutely warn you of its taste. It dissolves quickly and does not give me any gastro issues as normal creatine monohydrate gives me. I added a few pounds of water weight as expected, so absorption is on point. This stuff tastes like battery acid. More specifically it tastes like dissolving 10 lemon flavored warheads into a single drop of water, but without any sugar. I down this with as little water as possible, hold my breath, and follow up with a few more blank water swigs to down it all.

This creatine works well. It mixes into water, and it doesn't cause bloating like monohydrate. Gives me a great pump and I notice the difference in the gym. The cost is acceptable, not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. The taste is truly horrible. Taking it is the worst part of my day. It is more sour than pure lemon juice. It is disgusting. But it works.

Creatine definitely changed my body composition in the best way, and everybody of all ages should take creatine. I have been using this for years. As others mentioned it does have a harsh taste but I typically mix it with juice or my pre-workout. Great product, quick absorption, and delivers results. Recently tried standard creatine again to see if I liked it better, but switched right back to this brand

Probably the best creatine I’ve ever used. Creatine monohydrate makes my stomach upset, that’s why I switched to this one and it does not upset my stomach at all! It mixes well with water, but it’s VERY sour. It does not have a smell to it but if you inhale it will cause some nose irritation for a second. Does not cause any side effects like jitters. I do think the size is very small for the price but creatine HCl is generally more expensive. Well worth it.

The taste as many others have noted is very unpleasant. If you mix per the instructions you are essentially drinking salty stomach acid water. Sound appealing? NO! Do some research on what HCL is. It’s a powdered salt form of hydrochloric acid. Sound familiar? Well yes, that is essentially stomach acid. 1st time I used it mixed as directed with 8oz of water. Incredibly sour and salty. It literally burned my throat for hours after. After that experience, I didn’t touch this for a month, was completely scared off. However, when I mixed with something sugary (sports drink / juice - whatever) it helped mask the terrible taste and most importantly didn’t burn my throat. Still quite sour though. If you need Creatine HCL, get it in capsule form so you can bypass the taste and potentially harmful side effects of drinking an incredibly acidic liquid. It’s not good for the enamel on your teeth or your esophagus. Look up the side effects of bulimia. You know that burning feeling in your throat after throwing up? Yep, kinda gross. This form will help most people with absorption issues from monohydrate. Do a little research, you’ll be surprised. Also, powder easily irritates your eyes and nose. Be very careful when mixing. THIS STUFF SHOULD HAVE A WARNING LABEL. Most reviews I’ve read from people who have no idea what they are actually using. I plan on getting capsule form after finishing this. It was beyond zesty, couldn’t drink even after diluting it in a lot of water. Possible that this packaging was expired even though the date was expired.
