Ab Fab Mint Cake!
The mint cake is absolutely delicious and one of my favorite treats! It’s so good, it makes me want to climb Mt Everest!

Tasty but with a high glycemic index
So an English friend recommended this as an option to include in a bug out bag or go bag as it has a long shelf life and a large number of calories in a small size. It is easy to break the bar into smaller pieces and has a nice flavor, more like eating a sweet breath mint. However, as it is pure sugar (glucose and sucrose), I wonder about blood sugar spikes and crashes. For a go-bag, I'd prefer more sustained blood sugar levels over a long period--more consistent with complex carbohydrates, fat and protein. There are many other options out there that have those ingredients and a very long shelf-life. However, if you like mint and want a quick sugar fix, this is a good option.

Fresh and Minty as can be .
Perfect just like it’s always been the taste of long walks and breezes very good fresh and prompt shipping. Just wish they did the brown sugar which was always my favourite.

Memories ... at a cost
Expensive for a 3oz block when I'm used to paying less in the actual store for 3x the amount. Brought back fond memories though.

Went into this curious, came out satisfied
I heard about this 'emergency energy' candy, and being a big fan of mint just had to try it. It's not bad! The flavor is fairly gentle, the texture -very- firm but not crunchy. It's almost like a dense wax, pretty satisfying to bite. If you're not a fan of mint or odd textures it won't be for you.

It was delicious. The mint tasted the same as a peppermint patty. It was expensive but I wanted to try it.
