Great complete nutrition for active guys. The cost is not only great but I’ve used multiple nutricost supplements over the years without issues. Pills themselves aren’t huge but you’ll want a glass of water/drink to down them. No aftertaste and unlike taking Optimum nutrition or a few other multivitamins, I do not get the nausea that other brands usually give me when I’ve had to take alternatives. Amazing product!

My blood work at the doctor confirms that these work! Solid value. Each serving is TWO capsules, not one. They add horny goat weed to the mix so I don't need to buy that separately. They're easy with to swallow and they don't give me vitamin burps. I can't taste them as long as I swallow them within about ten seconds.

This I a a great multi vitamin. Has niacin, so best to split up the pills and not take both at once. If you get a red rashly, itchy feeling, it’s the Niacin and you will be ok. It goes away in 20 minutes. Take one at a time in the AM and then mid day or before your workout. This will also make your urine yellow.. not a big deal, it’s doing its job. This isn’t magic, it’s a multi vitamin, one piece of the puzzle. Eat right, excercise and be healthy
