This unisex short sleeve baselayer compression top that has six large pockets to carry up to six waterproof breathable pouches used to protect chemical body warmers making this self heating shirt ideal for any environment. However, you can also utilize the pockets to carry cold packs as well as everything from car keys to nutrition to a cell phone. This thermoregulation system is completely waterproof and will continue to provide heat for up to 18 hours. It is made from a highly breathable, super soft four way stretch nylon/lycra fabric to prevent chafing and is extra long to prevent ride-ups. In addition, it is treated with Durable Water Repellent to help it shed water and sweat allowing you to stabilize your body temperature quickly and maximizing the effectiveness of the external heating elements. Since this system utilizes 3"x5" chemical body warmers for heat there is no need to worry about charging batteries, nor a system failure when you are in the "deep woods." The fact that the heating elements last all day,means simply pop in new ones the next day and you are good to go! You also have full control of the amount of heat/ cold through the number of heating elements/ ice packs used and their configuration. For sizing- this product is unisex. The 4 way stretch allows for the Small to fit both XS and S, Medium to fit both M and L, Large to fit both L and XL, and an Extra Large to fit both XL and XXL. If you feel you are in between sizes then opt for the smaller size. The length of the shirt will not be an issue because all sizes are made 2 inches longer than normal to help prevent them from "riding up."

Game changer
This shirt is a game changer for obstacle course racing, or cold weather running! I wore it for the first time in 30 degree weather with wind chills in the low 20's. within fifteen minutes I had to roll up my outer sleeves and take off my gloves, I was that warm. The material felt comfortable and the extra long waist kept the shirt from riding up. I would recommend this shirt to everyone, it is worth every penny.

Hot shirt
The shirt fits as expected. The body warmers keep me warm. But, the water still got into the pouches a little and the warmers wanted to come out of the shirt. Their should be an additional flap to help hold the warmers in. Absolutely love the shirt and recommend it.

A necessary piece of equipment to have.
The Neptune system is a must have for anyone that spends time outdoors during the cold (hunting, kids sports games, adventure racing, cold weather training etc). I've used my Neptune system several times during the cold and have no issues. Normally the chemical heaters are deactivated if water is encountered, however this system has solved for that and allowed me to keep moving with six warm heaters while constantly being in and out of water in a 24 hour Endurance race. The shirt itself is very comfortable and doesn't ride up like many other compression shirts.

Great product,highly recommend
Excellent product. Helped me at Worlds Tougest using with water throughout the night and the pouches stayed dry and warm. Looking forward to expanding my use for hunting this year in the winter. It fit as expected, was very comfortable and easy to care for. Their customer support is great 👍

Amazed how long the packs last
I have used this shirt for the January 1 - 5k and Polar Plunge. Amazed how long the packs last. Not bulky as you might think they would be. Definitely I smart investment if you spend time in the colder weather elements.
