Very sturdy & well made
I got a bird cam for Motherโs Day. But I had to move it to a pole with a baffle to keep the squirrels off the feeder. But then I couldnโt reach the bird cam to add bird seed or change out the battery. Iโm 67 & I have to be careful about climbing so I needed to have a good sturdy set of steps. These were exactly what I was looking for. They fold/unfold with the touch of one button. The steps are wide and have skid proof steps. The handrails also give me more stability. And thereโs even a tool bag included that can be attached at the top to help out holding things. The weight is not too bad either to carry. Easy assembly. Very pleased with these steps.

Sturdy ladder
Bought this ladder to replace my old wood ladder that was getting wobblier as the years went by. Since at 76 I'm getting wobblier myself I wanted something that was solid to give me confidence when getting up to 8ft+ ceilings for replacing lights or cleaning fans, etc. This ladder is everything I'd hoped for. The steps are firm and deep... no need to hang your heels off the step. The four-step version I bought gets me as high as I need to go with a solid top handrail to keep a grip on once I'm up there. The side handrails are nice but not as important to me as the top rail... however they do add another level of safety and that's not a bad thing. You do have to bolt the side and top rail to the ladder when you receive it but it's a simple process that I'm sure about anyone can handle. It comes with a tool bag, or pouch, that slips over the top rail and is very handy for keeping stuff at your fingertips so trips up and down the ladder are kept to a minimum. The ladder isn't light so some may have a little trouble carrying it around. One of the reasons for the weight is the fact that the steps are heavy gauge metal with rubber step surface. A lot of the other ladders of this type that don't weigh as much have plastic steps... not just the surface, but the whole step. I'll take the extra weight and the extra sturdiness the metal steps give you. I give this product 5 stars and don't have any "cons".

Great product
Gives me, an 80 year old woman, a safe way to reach. However I got it as a replacement for a stepladder thinking it would be lighter to carry but it is still quite heavy to carry.

Product is as described
Requires a little assembly, but just takes just a few minutes. Seems to be fairly sturdy and is useful for most jobs around the house. I feel comfortable climbing the first 3 steps, but don't use the 4th step much as you have to reach down to the handrails making it feel like standing on top of a ladder. Overall does everything I expected.

Highly Borrowed Item
It's been two-years now and this ladder is still working well. The size is manageable and not really that heavy yet, I am not afraid that it will break and I feel safe. It's a bit scarey at first because the incline is steeper than I am used to so, if you prefer more room then this will take some getting used to it. I haven't had to tighten any screws yet and it hasn't rusted anywhere. I used this to set up hurricane shutters, on many occasions in the rain. The pockets for tools came in handy. I was able to fit my cordless impact drill and screws in it, fold it up and relocate to the next window. This is borrowed by my family far too often. It folds easily, but the handrails require more room when storing it. I am thinking I could hang it up so it's higher on my shed wall and a bit more out of the way, but I haven't figured that out yet. If that's an issue for you then you may want to spend a little more and find another ladder where the handles aren't fixed, but able to fold back and lock into place when needed.

Stable and Well Crafted
Every once in a great while I find a product on Amazon that truly does make my life easier and proves to be a great value. This 3-step ladder is one of those amazing buys. I have tinnitus, which sometimes causes a bit of an inner-ear imbalance problem. I don't get dizzy, but I sometimes do a feel a bit unsteady on my feet, especially if I'm standing on something other than solid ground. Consequently, I don't feel very stable using a simple 2-step folding step stool I have had for years. But I'm petite (only 5'1"), so using a step ladder is an absolute necessity around the house. I was recently working on a project for which I needed a bit more height but I was nervous about feeling unsteady on a higher ladder. I saw this ladder and it seemed to be the answer to my worries, so I ordered it. I am happy to say it lived up to all its claims. It was extremely easy to assemble (I am FAR from "handy" so if I could put it together, anyone can) and pretty lightweight. It easily folds and hangs out of the way on a hook in my garage when I'm not using it. Having the padded side rails made all the difference!! I felt very secure even when standing on the very top step. It felt very stable and was easy to set up, move to different spots, fold closed, carry, and put away. I also liked the tool bag that was included. The bag meant I could stash the items I was hanging within reach so I didn't have to keep climbing up and down. Some people have complained that the ladder is pretty narrow nd therefore difficult to fit your body in between. I can see that possibly being the case. I'm small and weigh about 130 pounds and wear single-digit sizes, so for me the width was more than enough, but a large person might have difficulty with this ladder.
