What are the interior dimensions for the mold flask?

4 1/8" Tall, 2 5/8" Wide, and 2 1/4" Deep (1 1/8" deep cope and 1 1/8" drag)

I know it depends off cours how often you use it but in reference hoe long will the sand last?

I've made 33 casts so far with very little loss or damage to the sand.
