is this compatible with T430?

I ordered the battery for the Lenovo E420 and the battery worked OK, but doesn't seem to hold a charge any longer. If the battery specs for the T430 and the E420 are the same the battery should work as well for you as it has for me.

What is the operating time provided by the battery????

Depends on the laptop. My T420 would get about 3.5 hours from this battery when the battery was new.
