Review: Great macaron mats - I only have one negative and that is I wish the circles were just a little bigger but I still make mine a bit bigger. The mats are really nice because of the non-stick. I was using parchment paper but you have to try to keep it in place where the mats lay right down flat and it takes much less time to pipe the macarons! I would have given it a 5 star if only the circles were a bit bigger. The price was very reasonable. It come with a kit. I have not used it or even opened it yet but I would say it would be nice if you didn't already have the tools to make the macaron. I do so I didn't use these yet. I might in the future so I can at least give you a review on them as well. Review: Gave me great results! - I recently made macarons using these silicone baking mats and parchment. Same recipe, same batch, same procedure, but very different results. The macarons on the parchment cracked and did not rise as they usually do. The macarons on the silicone baking mat looked great, except for one or two! I will be using the baking mats from now on!
