This is like a combination of Dr. Mario and Tetris! The two player mode is really fun and allows to drop on the other player. My wife is significantly better than me, but you can adjust the levels so that two people of different skill levels can still play against each other competitively. Our friends always want to play! We love this game!

Works after cleaning
This game works but to advertise and price it as with box and instructions loses it stars. The instructions are terriby worn and barley holding together which is more than I can say for what used to be the box. I had to take the game apart and clean the contacts.

My daughter loves the game. Lokie games is a great place to buy new and used nintendo games. Great shipping and have never had a problem ever with the games that come from them. Highly recommended.

Like any sequel, not as good as the original
Now if you have Tetris and want to expand your library with another game of the series, Tetris 2 isn't a bad choice.T2 contains more complex puzzle solving thanks to it's new system of completing rows. No longer are you to fill up a line, but now have to match a color(red, blue, or yellow) of 4 blocks to eliminate them. This can be extremely maddening and a great challenge during the later levels.However I am a huge fan of the original Tetris and found it hard to get used to the sequel. I would still recommend the game to any Tetris fanatic but I'd sooner recommend Tetris Blast for the Game Boy than this. Like most sequels this isn't as good as the original(where's the classic Tetris theme!?) but still offers up many hours of fun.

Quite a good buy
This is a very good game for amy gamer, and the controls are easy. Although not ground-breaking, its price is amazing.
