Started with the yellow one and gradually moved to the green one while doing therapy, after that, they told me if I wanted to continue strengthening my hand to move up to the red one which I could buy on my own, these have become very useful when it comes to strengthening fingers and hands, especially if that’s what you’re trying to go for the brand is very consistent very good quality of item

Works like the one at my physical therapy place. I take it to work so I can strengthen my injured hand whenever I want. I use it while watching TV. It seems durable enough but I’m not rough with it bc my hand has diminished strength. I see no reason for it not to last past the time I am needing it. Probably would be good for strengthening your fingers for stringed instrument playing. Maybe the next strength higher even.

purchased to help rehab an injury. this is definitely more expensive than the other options. in fact i think you can get the full set for the price of just this one. BUT this is the one the therapist was using so this is what I went with. so far it works just fine and I'm not disappointed.
