Excellent quality. This bench/table is heavy an extremely sturdy. Versatile use. I did use this as a bench at first, but now we use it as a coffee table. We’ve had it for years and it has held up to wear and tear. It still looks brand new! Very easy to assemble.

A long overdue review for a beautiful product from an outstanding vendor. Product first--this unit is super simple to put together and solid, pieced together wood. The living edge is on both sides. Truly a fun piece. It is heavy and definitely build to last. The metal legs have small plastic floor protectors on them and I am delighted that they aren't marking my Coretec LVP floors. I had it on a shag area rug initially and I had to lift it to move it. Now that it is on non-carpet, it is very convenient to move when cleaning. I would buy it again. Vendor review for those interested--I am so impressed with this vendor!! I purchased this bench for an entry way so guests would have a place to remove shoes and when I discovered a faulty leg, decided to reach directly out to them as suggested in the packaging. They completely blew me away with their communication and customer service. Not only did they ship out a replacement (when stock came back in a few weeks later), but I had a problem with the replacement unit as well. With both units I sent pictures and with the second one a small video in case there was something they could share that I wasn't understanding on the assembly as the attachment plate on the legs had changed slightly, but there wasn't. So they shipped a third unit. On the third unit the person helping me went out of their way to assemble it themselves before sending it out to me so we knew there weren't going to be any issues. I can't tell you how deeply this affected me except to say that not only were they concerned about delivering a quality product (which they did), but I felt understood. Super cute bench for the entryway. It was a little wobbly but there are screws on the bottom to level it out. Easy to assemble.

Love this table so much. It turned out to be the perfect addition to our guest room. I wanted something simple, sturdy, high quality, and that I could use in different rooms if I wanted to switch it out. It’d probably make a beautiful desk or vanity as well! The wood is heavy and substantial and absolutely beautiful. Now - it is HEAVY. I am mid-30s and not weak, but do have a bad back. I put this together by myself but maybe should’ve asked my dude for assistance. The hairpin legs are also sturdy, and when you assemble it, make sure you check the slant of the legs before screwing them in. The distance of the legs from the corners can be slightly adjusted —I chose to put them as close to the corners as I could with the legs slanting outward for the most stability, and I liked this look. The knots and grain in the wood are so lovely. Very happy with this purchase—no damage upon arrival, and all the hardware (and a few extras) were included for assembly. It was wrapped super well. I was hesitant to buy a piece of furniture off Amazon, but had a great experience with this company.

This is a well-built, sturdy, heavy and solid wood bench. I'd definitely recommend buying it if you like the live edge natural wood grain and industrial style. Assembly takes only 10 minutes.

I just purchased a large sectional and needed a coffee table for guests to set their drinks on plus it was looking a bit bare with this large sectional. I chose this because I love the legs, they match some other items I have with the iron look, plus it doesn't look bulky. The wood portion is built in 3 sections, so it's not a full slab, which is ok for the price. Mine has some great "worm" holes and it happens to match a lamp I already had. I think this works perfectly for me. It's very heavy and wrapped with Styrofoam :( a mess to take out of the box. Did I mention heavy?!!! The live edges are actually the long part 48" I thought it would be the short width.....this was a great bonus for me when I unwrapped it. Very easy to put together, everything went well. This is a beauty & a keeper.

I have purchased five different pieces of Acacia wood furniture without any issue. I cannot say that about this end table purchased from Alaterre Furniture on Amazon. First, the table top itself I will say has a beautiful acacia wood pattern, but the underside of the top is missing the centerpiece of wood ! I was shocked. I’ve never seen anything like that before. I guess it could be a great hiding place for something taped underneath like a notebook. lol what a joke! But it isn’t funny at all when you make a purchase like this you hope that it’s at least satisfactory and of course the legs were not all the same size. So you’ve got a wobbly table and the levelers can only come out so far and one side is still lopsided. Just cheap quality but the price is comparative to the other two end tables. I purchased on another online store. Of course I could try to return it, but this is a huge piece and taking it all apart, putting it back in the boxes and getting it picked for a return is a big inconvenience for a 71 year-old woman :( thank goodness for American ingenuity and me figuring out a way to get it to at least not wobble. Though I still don’t understand why there’s such a huge piece of wood missing on the underside of the table top? Maybe they ran out of materials lol I don’t know. Be warned. It’s the luck of the draw when it comes to purchasing Acacia wood furniture from Aleterre furniture store on Amazon.

Read a few complaints in the reviews but took a chance and ordered anyways. Arrived with a surface scratch, and the slab is actually made of 4 different cuts of wood fused together. This is ok except mine had a weird thin dark strip that looked like another type of wood completely. (See pic). The most egregious error however was that one of the leg nuts was installed in the completely wrong spot. You can actually see where they made pencil tracings so they’d know where to drill to install the nut, and one of them doesn’t line up in the slightest. You’d need to bend the leg metal in order to get it to come close. I returned it (which was not fun because it weighs a ton). Taking a chance on another one to see if it’s any better, otherwise I’ll check on Etsy instead. As someone else mentioned in another review, the QA is lacking.
