This product certainly does what you want it to SWEAT! Even just working around the house it helps me sweat in the area I want to. It has a nice wide band. I am only 5ft 4 inches with a short torso, so I am able to just the band for my waist and hip area.

Fits perfect. Size was as expected. I'm 5'10 290lbs and the 3x is excellent. I forget that its even on when I wear it all day but when I take it off it is full of sweat so it is working

This belt really makes you sweat when you're working out or having a very busy day. Provides amazing back support and improves my posture. It really does reshape the waist. It's not a drastic change if that's what you're hoping for. But for anyone looking to redefine and smooth out that muffin top that a lot of us developed with the low rise jean craze, this amazing belt did the trick for me!

It was to big need a smaller size

This is exceed my expectations! Not only is it comfortable, but it provides a great deal of support for core and back. I didn't but it with the intention to support my back, but I noticed ever since I started wearing this... I no longer get back pains when running or training.

I was wrong I gave it a go and my husband help me put it on and I makes me sweat like crazy. I’ve lost a few inches on my waist. I use it ever time we workout. I just received waist trained and its not what I expected. will be returning.

I like that the belt seems to be made of very durable material. Everything the seller stated about the belt is as advertised. I have only had it a three days but I have been wearing it throughout the waking hours. Yes; I would recommend to a friend that they purchase the belt.
