Works just fine. Simple setup. Remember; this converter needs power, I power my converter through an available usb connection on my smart tv. Lastly, when I power up my ancient Samsung DVD/VHS machine, my Samsung smart tv does not automatically open up the DVD/VHS SOURCE. I have to open up my TV's menu, and select the correct SOURCE I have my VHS plugged into. My converter is plugged into HDMI 3, so that's the SOURCE I need to select in my smart TV's menu to watch VHS tapes. My 4 Star rating is only because the converter itself is not robust in construction, it's a bit flimsy...but it works well for me.

WOW!!!! I hooked it up all by my 75 year old self!!!! I am so amazed at how easy it was to connect this converter from my older model Funae vhs/dvd player to my new easy to use/operate Samsung Smart TV (also purchased through Amazon). When it comes to new technology, I usually try to bribe one of the techy savvy youngsters in my apartment complex to help me hook up new gadgets but this time I thought I'd do it all by my self. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow and everything I needed to do the job was included in this Wenter RCA toHDMI Converter Kit! The VHS movies' quality and color are good considering the age of the vhs tapes and the dvd playback quality is great.

Works fine delivered in time
No complaints. Works fine. Unfortunately i don’t have another to compare the quality but it seems fine. I only got it to enjoy my old school systems and it works fine for that. Might be able to get better video quality elsewhere but i have no complaints for the price.

It really works
I have tried 4 different products to use my Nintendo 64 in a modern TV with mixed results from not working at all to poor video out, this one works and I would buy it again

Great product, does exactly what you need
It's great, does exactly what you need it for. Imuse it for my Xbox original, ps2, Wii and Nintendo 64 and Sega. Great piece of kit. Also it's cheaper then most somif it ever brakes your not gonna brake the bank buying another

I was worried that this thing might not work with my smart TV I only have HDMI inputs and my experience with other cheaper ones wasn’t pleasant so i was worried that it would only show black screen because older devices like ps2 has a low resolution that newer tv’s just not compatible with it but thankfully with this device i got to play my older games 👏🏼
