Doesn't cover the latest standard
The copyright on this is 1995. There's a 2003 update to the C++0x standard. Balagurusamy has a 2008 manual, but it's published in India. The difficulty is in getting books from there (the problem is shipping - best to get someone visiting there to get it for you).
