Cradle Cube - Neck Support for All Stringed Instruments

Have used with restringing a nylon strings guitar and an electric guitar so far. This item works perfectly with both. Really like the material and all the different positions for ukulele, mandolin, and a few vintage instruments. The inside storage is a plus when taking a guitar out or to another room...... holds most tools for string replacements and polishing. High quality. Totally recommend. Great overall value.

What you get is an oddly shaped blue silicon sleeve over an oddly shaped hard black plastic molding. When I bought this no was skeptical, but as soon as I used it I realized it’s a great product. First great point: it won’t scratch your instrument. Second great point: it doesn’t slip on surfaces, and your instrument won’t slip either. Third great point: it offers a number of heights and angles, meant to be right for a guitar, mandolin, or banjo or uke or whatever that is also supported at its tail. I’d been using foam blocks. They slipped easily because the were so light, and they provided not impact resistance to, say, hammering a fret. Yesterday I used this to adjust some banjo spikes. Worked fine with a hammer and nail set and file. Mostly I’m using this while installing new strings on various instruments. I think this is a great product at a fair price.

This is a great tool to use when working on guitars. It can support the neck of various electric and acoustic guitars in different positions. This makes working on your guitar safer for the guitar and easier for you. I'm very pleased.

The MusicNomad Cradle Cube is exactly as described! It's a cube. It "cradles" my guitar necks snuggle, securely, and makes it so easy to work on my axes! The blue color is simply stunning and so far it has worked for every single one of my guitars, without fail! I'm not even sure what I would do without this indispensable piece of music gear. It's probably in my top three pieces of music/instrument accessories - THAT'S how good this cube is! Even when it is not being used, this iconic blue "cube" just looks simply stunning when walking into the studio as it sits atop my work gear. It draws the eyes to it not unlike a beautiful woman... this thing just rocks - HARD! If you don't have this, I suggest you buy one or several.

Great piece for anyone who works on guitars. I love that it has different angles on each side to accomodate every neck pitch and girth wether it be acoustic guitar, electric guitar, or bass. The internal frame is strong and supportive, while the silicone/rubber outer coating is soft and gentle enough for even your most prized and delicate stringed instrument. I love mine!

I used this to replace a homemade equivalent. It's light weight, but not flimsy at all. I feel comfortable just chucking it in my bag with my guitar tools and gauges. I like being able to flip it around for my acoustic and electric guitars differing neck heights. The rubberized coating is gentle on the finishes, but has a little grip that's nicer than my wood one. I've done 2 setups and a nut replacement with it and have been very happy. The fact that it does the job and is flexible makes it just better than more expensive ones. I think it's the best possible one you can have if you do this on a workbench. I think only a dedicated stand would be better. Disclaimer: I don't do this professionally, but enjoy working on my gear and do it for friends.

I purchased several products from this brand to care for my two guitars. The quality is excellent — well made and thoughtfully designed. Unfortunately, I’m still very new to playing guitar and realized I’m not ready to do my own guitar maintenance. I decided to let my local music store handle the care for my instruments while I focus on learning and playing. I’m sad that I can’t return these items, because they really are great, just not something I can make the most of right now.
