It is what it claims to be
Novelty skirt; hook and loop fastening. I am 6'-3" tall with a 40" waist and the X-Large version fit well enough to avoid the wrath of any rogue nuns. I was able to utilize the entire strip of hook and loop and felt secure that it would not facilitate my placement on the sex offender registry. I also saw a woman and the Ren Faire wearing the exact same skirt; and even though her legs looked better than mine, I still felt secure in my masculinity.

Very poor quality and sizing is way off. The stitching was terrible with threads hanging every where. Cloth was thin and frayed. Returned for refund. Would not recommend.
