High Density Foam Rollers

Bought this to leave at my mom’s so I can use it when I visit. (Still trying to get her to use it.). It’s a solid roller that has worked perfect for my calf injury. It’s a shorter roller so I don’t how well it would for hips/thighs. I do think it’s a solid, strong roller.

Served its purpose!

I love the pink color. It works great to foam roll sore muscles. I like the large size so it is easy to roll both legs at the same time. It is very durable.

This is great for relieving upper and middle back pain, however I’m having trouble rolling out my lower back with this foam roller, due to it being a little too large in diameter for me personally. It’s a decent price but you get what you pay for. It’s high density and has very little give, but don’t expect it to have any weight to it, it’s extremely light which may be desirable depending on your usage case. Overall I can’t complain, it is adequate for my basic use needs and I’m satisfied.

This roller is very stiff and hard. So if you want to feel more pressure from a stiff and hard roller than this should massage you all the way home.

After reading a trusted cyber friend’s review of this product I ordered it immediately. As he warned, the ProSource High Density Extra Firm Foam Roller is a bit painful when you begin using it. The first thing that I did when I unpacked it was to put it on the floor and carefully laid on my back so that the product was directly under my spine. After rolling from side to side a half dozen times, I laid on my back across the width of the roller and rolled it up and down the same amount of times. After that, I sat on it and rolled it back and forth under my rear end. Next, I rolled it under my hamstrings and calves. It seemed to loosen these muscles and eased some back pain that I was experiencing. On the other hand, I am not convinced with the quality of this product and think that the word “Styrofoam” rather than “firm foam” would better describe the composition of this roller. Like Styrofoam, it would not take much to break this roller in half or dent and lose chunks when kids and pets get a hold of it. Over time I will revisit this review and comment on how this roller stands up for use as a muscle therapy and balance exercises and how it endures normal and accidental wear and tear. I do not think that this is a product that most people will use regularly because it is very uncomfortable during use; however, the slogan “no pain no gain” may be apropos for others. While my cyber friend and I have found some relief from using this product, it is probably best to consult a doctor or physical therapist before routine use of this product. Enjoy, but be careful!

This roller is very firm. Works out your tight muscles.

Very happy with this. Had a less firm roller before for several years; it became a bit 'squashed'. This one is much better - nice and firm, and doesn't feel like it will ever get compressed or wear out. Been using it for a number months now - all good.

Love this product and have been using it for a few years now. Good for back, glutes and thighs. Moderately firm and good quality.

For the price, it is amazing. Definitely a more firm roller, but I love mine! Fits in a gym bag.

Produto bem resistente e bonito. Na minha opinião seria mais útil se fosse uns 15cm mais longo para poder manipulá-lo no curso da aplicação. Perfeito para liberação miofascial e "colocar" a coluna no lugar.
