Best risotto rice. Holds shape, not claggy.
Fabulous rice, no comparison to cheap supermarket rice. Better than arborio for retaining shape and not ending up with a gooey stodgy mess.

Great quality
This arborio rice is of great quality and always makes a very tasty risotto. I also like that it comes in a 1kg pack size, though a box rather than plastic packaging would be better, and it's often rather overpriced.

Perfect for a lovely silky smooth risotto and a perfect bite. Just take your time and feed the rice nice and slow over 15-20 mins and it comes out perfectly. Finish with butter for a silky texture.

Great texture, taste and price.
5 stars for this rice. Good value for money but more importantly in my opinion, great flavour and texture for making absolutely fantastic risotto. I bought a few packets to stock up with and it's by far better than what's available in my local shop.
