Expensive, a bit too much oil but tasty | A pantry staple
Abbie's Sun-dried Tomatoes has great flavour, and is now a pantry staple for use in pasta and pizza. Have not had any leakage or spillage issues with the glass bottles. Think it is expensive because they do not use San Marzano tomatoes or plum tomatoes...which makes their texture more chewy but also sweeter and tangy. These ones are quite sour. They use sunflower oil (Italian brands would tend to use olive oil) but it seems a bit much? Appreciate the use of capers to enhance taste. Can't really make out the oregano or basil but oil does taste well flavoured. Abbie's could consider slicing each piece by half prior to packaging.

Too much oil leak
If you want, then it is good for pasta and other dishes. It is delicious. But the oil leak too much wven if you want to open it every time you have to struggle with the jar that is covered in oil.

High Quality Sundried Tomatoes in Olive Oil with Spices and Capers
I have been ordering this product repeatedly from Amazon. I like the fact that all tomatoes are pickled with spices and capers for extra taste. The only thing that could be better is the choice of pickling oil. This is done in sunflower seed oil - not olive oil. Maybe it helps keep the costs down but sunflower oil is much more likely to cause inflammation than olive oil. If that's not a big concern for you, this a great buy.
