Wonderful pasta!
I wish more of the Italian imports were snap/ebt eligible because this company makes great pasta! I would happily buy all the different pastas they make if they were also ebt eligible. Easy to cook, wonderful taste, takes to any sauce you like quickly. Highly recommend!

DECENT PASTA
It is a decent pasta, it tastes home made which I like but it is very thick. I’m not sure if it had to do with the batch that I received, apparently the dough was rolled out so thick that the pasta didn’t cook through properly even after 10 minutes— it was chewy.

The quality the quality of this pasta was wonderful! The texture and the taste was absolutely delicious I would definitely purchase this product again!

No bloating
The product was made very well, and the slow drying process really helps to reduced to bloating after eating pasta. I have ordered this a couple times, but because of the price I can’t order it as much as I would like, but the taste, color, and overall experience with the pasta was awesome.
