Tara Soulful Muesli with millets is an healthy option with good taste for breakfast.

Good mix but it contains INS 320 or BHA (Butylated Hydroxyanisole). This is the one worth flagging. It's an antioxidant preservative (keeps the oils from going rancid). It's controversial and classified as "possibly carcinogenic" by IARC, and some studies link it to endocrine disruption at high doses. It's permitted in India but banned or restricted in several countries for food use. Given it is a synthetic antioxidant that's even mildly suspect is worth minimizing.
