I started using this tape for workouts and muscle support, and it actually holds up really well even with movement and sweat. Once applied correctly, it stays in place for days without peeling too quickly.The material feels flexible and comfortable instead of stiff, and it gives a nice amount of support without limiting movement. Definitely useful for gym sessions, running, or recovery days.

This tape is amazing. Really helped with the pain.

It works well. It stays stuck if you take the time to put it on properly which includes rubbing it down for 30 seconds. You can shower once with it and it stays. It does not irritate my skin in any way and it offers the support I need.

Helped reduce joint clicking and discomfort from trigger finger. I use this during the day, instead of a brace. It is obvously not as thick and therefore doesn't get in the way of daily activities which is nice and convenient. I really like that once it is on you don't even know it is there, big plus. It does take a little getting use to as far as applying it. You can't stretch the "anchor parts" or if you were like me and have no idea what that means, you can't stretch the end pieces or they will not stay down. They will roll up and not stick. So don't pull on it when you get to the last inch just press down and smooth out. You also need the anchor pieces to be on the skin, not overlapping and not ending on top another piece of the tape, it will roll up if you do this. Also rubbing it, fast enough to create heat, will help make the tape stay on longer. I use a piece of the backing that gets pulled off for this purpose, it is smooth, slides over the tape easily, creates a good friction heat, and doesn't catch the edges of the tape. Something about the heat helps the adhesive stick. The tape doesn't last as long as I would have thought. Most reviews or demonstrations of this tape says it will last approximately 2 days. I get a day maximum but maybe it is because it is on my hand and gets wet a lot. I don't know because I have only used it on my hand. I got the precut and would probably get the regular roll the next time. I end up having to cut it anyway since I need two pieces. Overall this is a good substitute for a brace or for helping you with any injury really. I recommend and I will be buying this again.

KT Tape was like a small miracle for me. My knees are bone on bone and painful, especially the left one. After being shown how to place the tape in the proper position the left knee had very little pain and I am able to put my weight on it and use it as my dominant leg. The silicone Nubs help to hold the compression socks up. They are more effective than some other brands I have tried. I highly recommend this brand of compression socks. If I need additional compression socks I will definitely use this seller again.

This tape doesn't seem to stick very well and is only slightly helpful with my knee pain. I would not buy it again.

I tore my PCL, meniscus, and completely tore my ACL in my knee back in 2012 as a result of a car accident. I have struggled with my knee and have had a ACL reconstruction, PCL repair twice, meniscus repair twice, and a lateral release of my knee cap due to a tendon being too tight and my knee cap not moving in the correct place resulting in severe pain.The lateral release has definitely helped with my pain, but as of late I have been getting excruciating pain when walking that hits right in the middle of my knee and radiates all throughout and brings me down to the ground most of the time. I have struggled with getting my knee cap to cooperate in the healing process even a year later and it still wants to go to the side when flexed (because of the lateral release). The anti inflammatory pills, huge knee braces, icing, and PT exercises haven’t seemed to help.This product has mixed reviews, but I decided to try it based off the fact that the reviews for knees seemed good. I applied it in a way to keep my kneecap from going to the side when flexed. It is not a complete fix for my issue, but I have to say as soon as I put it on and started walking around I could tell such a difference! The pain is much less severe, and it feels a lot less like a constant thought of “is this step about to take me out” and more like “oh I can keep doing things and not think about it”.I would definitely recommend this product to anyone with knee pain from injuries that is looking for something to help on more active days!I needed to share this ASAP, so I haven’t had it on for long. I noticed a lot of people complaining of peeling, but it looks as though those strips were applied too stretched out and that is why they are peeling. I completely removed the backing, then I stuck the strip at one point with my knee straight out and gave it a LIGHT stretch to compensate for bending my knee, and stuck the rest of the strip down. So far, there is no sign of peeling. I will update my review when I have worn these for a few days.Overall, I am so very happy with my purchase!Update:I am remodeling my kitchen, so at the end of the day after lots of bending, getting up and down, being in weird positions, I was having some issues with my knee and did have a sharp pain that took me down. My chiropractor told me to apply differently (updated pic: bend knee and apply strips in a V shape around knee, then straighten knee and add a strip snug below knee cap). This pic is 3 days after wearing the tape, no peeling! I will note that I have not submerged it in water at all though. I have not have any of the sharp pains at all! I still stand by it being a great tool to use!

Quite disappointed with these KT bands, they are coming off super quick compared to the pink ones. A joke really, just unsticking after few hours while they should last days.
