These are the best pans I’ve ever owned . They store easily without the handles and clean up easily. I use on an induction stove and start on high for a couple of seconds then turn to medium high for cooking. Follow the instructions to season before using the first time, you won’t regret it. Let cool down before washing. Nothing sticks, it cleans like a charm. I have now bought 3 different sizes and tossed some of my old ones.

So far so good. I bought another frying pan different size from their outlet store.Takes awhile to heat up on medium, but gets a good sear on meats and fish. Clean up is excellent especially with my fried eggs.Highly Recommend

These are the BEST pan ever!

I replaced a Cuisinart pan that was flaking Teflon (abuse on my part) with the Berghoff. I already had a smaller pan that I liked very much so bought the larger version. It better quality than regular Teflon pans.

***Update***As promised, I am updating my review, due to great customer service. It took a bit, but they did send a replacement pan, and the finish is still good!I purchased a Berghoff skillet from a Berghoff show at Sam’s club about 4 years ago. The finish had just started wearing off about 6 months ago, but they were no longer available at Sam’s Club, so I saw this pan by Berghoff on Amazon. I assumed the quality would be the same, as it was about the same price. Boy, was I wrong! The finish started wearing off within 4 months. It is impossible to cook on without sticking.They asked me to send pictures and the receipt for warranty options. I did so, but I never heard back. I don’t know how these can both be Berghoff, and one last 3+ years, and the other barely 4 months. I will update review if I hear from them. Customer service is EVERYTHING.

Egg, cheese, and bacon no-stick. Melted cheese will pour out, eggs will fry sunny or easy over no-stick, This pan cooks on lower heat than most and in over heated the bottom will start to brown and that is not good. Do not over heat and this pan will be wonderful for years to come.

Berghoff Gem pan was just what I expected. I have a smaller pan that came in a set and it cooks wonderfully! I could not wait to get the larger fry pan. They are costly, but I don't anticipate ever having to replace this cookware again. I wish I would have taken the plunge and bought this brand years ago as it is well worth the money.

Easy to clean and nothing has stuck to it so far. I love fact there are no rivets on inside of pan to catch food. A little pricey but so far feel it is well worth it.
