good map for the map generation

Very detailed
I tried taking a photo of this map, but honestly it doesn't begin to give it justice. It has a legend that is very informative and will likely serve well. It has icons labelling items of interest. One such is the soccer ball showing where the World Cup Stadium is located in Munich. There is a wealth of information for travels in the country.

Very Clear
This map is very clear and easy to read. It has just the right amount of detail for driving around Germany. If you need a German map, this is the one to get.

Extensive Detail
This map has all the detail you could ever wish for in a map of Germany with one notable exception - rivers and waterways are difficult to discern amid the detail. Otherwise, this map is a great reference tool for travel planning (best use). Not the map you would necessarily use on the ground, but in planning a trip to Germany it is one of the better tools.

Quality map
Well made. I have 3 maps from maps from National Geographic and am pleased with the quality.

Not What I Was Looking For.
I found this map very difficult to use. I need a basic map, one with road numbers and town names, maybe a little indication of the geography. This map is way too busy for my needs, and the print is too small for my older eyes.

Shows all of Germany
Great for travel coated so it doesn't get wet

Good map
Only drawback is that I would like to have a clearer view off the adjacent country so I know which area I'm headed into in that country. Move the blocks of info in those areas of the map

It's a great map as it's very detailed.

What a great map. It is weather proof, good scale, easy to navigate through. I had it on cycling tour, bought some more detailed ones on the go, but this one was a great start off map and helped in planning stage.

This item is nothing more than a road map. It does not highlight any interesting routes or other recognized 'adventure' possibilities like the Limes or Rhein routes. The only adventure you get from this item is trying to figure out where you want to go without any clues.
