Can this be fitted to an electric shower? (apologies I can't see on the image on amazon)

Yes it can be fitted very easily. No modifications needed. The water hoses connect right to electric shower. I have a Mira and it works spot on.

What is the distance from the riser to the centre of the rain shower in other words, how far does it stick out?

Hello, The shower head arm is approximately 450 mm in length from the riser. The arm can swing in either direction through 180° about the riser and and can be raised or lowered to a suitable position and locked with an Allen key in the desired position.

I have tried other units like this, but they restrict the water flow. Does this one have a valve that maintains good pressure and flow?

My pressure was dire so I fitted a pump to increase pressure. This shower works very very well. Over a year and no complaints from me!
