Bought for daily use: I needed a gentle sulfate-free shampoo for color-treated hair. Pros: • Leaves hair soft and smooth • Doesn’t dry out the ends • Nice light herbal scent (rosemary) • Good for everyday use • Hair looks healthier and more shiny Cons: • Not the strongest cleansing if hair is very oily • Conditioner could be a bit more nourishing for dry hair Final opinion: Very good everyday set, especially if you want something gentle and sulfate-free. I’m satisfied and would repurchase.

If I could rate this above 5 stars, I absolutely would. I'm going to start this by saying I have had my hair done professionally for years, with that said, I have almost always followed my stylist's haircare instructions to a T. I've purchased hair care upwards of $75, I've done the Brazilian blowouts, the K18, the Olaplex treatments, the rice water method, you name it. Nothing, and I mean NOTHING, has made my hair as soft and manageable as this line. I can brush it straight out of the shower, my hair is extremely thick and I've never been able to do this as it tangles easily and when it's wet, it's like a jungle. I get compliments all of the time of how shiny my hair is, how good it smells, and how much its grown (I chopped it in January and its to the middle of my back again). It doesn't leave that weird, waxy residue and doesn't feel heavy on my hair, and I feel like my hair feels actually clean if that makes sense. The rosemary scent isn't overpowering but it lasts for days after washing and is a really soft, subtle scent. For an affordable hair care line, this is the way to go. I've also used their hair gloss and it makes your hair shine tremendously and it feels so healthy for days. I don't think I'll ever go back to expensive shampoos and conditioners after using this one.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I love this shampoo/conditioner combo. I have a hard time with maintaining my hair color. The dye fades quickly for me and gets brassy because I’m outdoors a lot. I started buying this product to see if it could help. It actually makes a huge difference and is gentle for my hair. I also notice it doesn’t weigh down my hair or leave it looking dull. I don’t use much either. Just squeeze a small amount and work it through. The liquid is rich and thick, the shampoo lathers very nicely, and it washes clean. The conditioner saturates my hair using very little, and leaves my hair soft and clean. This is really a great product set for the price. I buy it because it’s affordable and does what it says it will do. It feels luxe and smells nice.

This L’Oreal Paris Moisture Sulfate-Free Shampoo and Conditioner set has been my go-to for a while now. It smells amazing, leaves my hair super soft, and does a great job at keeping it clean and hydrated without weighing it down. It’s a solid, reliable set that performs well every time. That said, I’m trying to move toward more natural, clean beauty products—and this one still contains quite a few additives and chemicals despite being sulfate-free. If you’re focused purely on results, it’s a great option. But if you're trying to minimize ingredients or go more natural, it might not fully align with those goals. Still, for performance and everyday use, it’s a great value and delivers noticeable softness and shine.

Better than the expensive brands for vivid color! I still have blue streaks this vivid after a month and a half! A fifth of the price and cleaner ingredients as well.

I have been on a massive journey with my scalp. I have struggled with psoriasis on my scalp for many years. When I say that this shampoo and conditioner changed my life in 2 weeks, it is no joke. My scalp cleared up and has remained clear since. It also smells wonderful. When I have run out and used another kind, my scalp immediately gets worse. I will be using this for as long as they make it. If you have a sensitive scalp, give it a try!

So happy to have found this shampoo and conditioner that are sulfate free! Hard to find a good conditioner that detangles the hair and makes it feel so soft and moisturized. I was using Ola Plex, which is more expensive and I am now switching to L’Oréal. Hallelujah!
