HOW MUCH PAINT DI I NEED TO DO A 200 INCH WALL?

Your question is a little vague. According to the item description, 1 quart (this item) will do two coats on a 40 square foot (8 ft x 5 ft) space. I'll assume that you mean your wall is 200 inches diagonal, so it would take 4 quarts (1 gallon). (14 ft x 8 ft 9 in (16:10) is 198 inches diagonal; 14 ft 3 in x 8 ft (16:9) is 196 inches diagonal; 13 ft 4 in x 10 ft (4:3) is 200 inches diagonal; 12 ft x 12 ft square is 203 inches diagonal)

Is this paint non-flammable? can i carry it in checked baggage on an airline per tsa regulations?

The paint is non flammable. We have not ever asked TSA if it can be checked you would need to call them and ask. It is an acrylic latex paint.

can this be sprayed with an airless spraygun?

Yes. Our Screen Paint can be sprayed with any type of spray equipment that will handle latex paint.

Can you paint it on a canvas fabric?

Not sure. We used it on drywall. We had one of the expensive screens for hd projection in Atlanta but when we moved we used the paint on an existing wall and it is great. I would highly recommend it. If you got the canvas tight enough I guess it would work.
