does the orange child size have a chest strap and crotch strap?

It is not an acceptable life vest, as it is very flimsy. I bought two of them, then returned the same.

What is the manufacturer date?

I couldn’t find a manufactured date. They are made in China but say in print coast guard approved.

Are the life jackets in the adult 4 pack large or extra large

Even if they say XLarge, I think they run a bit small but they worked for us.
