Will it break concrete chunks from broken slabs?

My guess is it will trim small chunks from freshly set concrete after forms are removed, but if you need to break up a large pieces--get a jack hammer.

Can I use this chisel on stone?

Never tried it on stone. Use mine to break up hardened seal coat in a tank.
