The product was just what we expected. Quality build and materisals at very reasonable price. Installation was flexible and easy. When we found that the water flow was too hight for our vessel sinkgs, we ontacted Customer Service for help. Their responded was AMAZING!!; quick (overnight), friendly, smart!! They provided the perfect solution (low flow areators). REALLY AMAZING SERVICE!!

Great warranty
Looks great. Had a small defect but seller went above and beyond to send us the replacement and followed up throughout the process. Excellent backing of warranty.

A great alternative
I replaced 2 Delta faucets with similar designs....$500 each for a replacement Delta x 2 versus $60.00 ish for these. They are heavy and come with ceramic valves. I needed to replace the valves on the old faucets but because of mineral build up, I could not open and replace. These are working great. I will update in the future but all appears all well. Installation was easy...no leaks and the pressure is much better.
