It is wonderdul. I recieved mine as a gift. Wish I bad this years ago. Easy to use and helps you find the spot and be abke to let you be in charge.

After seeing so many options for this type of item at much higher prices, I chose this one and I am very pleased. It is strong and durable and serves its purpose well. The price is very affordable. It snaps together very easily.

It does help reach that sore spot especially if you don't have anyone to reach it for you, or you do have someone but they're tired after 2 minutes! Anywho, it is a little on the heavy side but I believe it helps with asserting pressure without putting your own muscles into it. Comes with a handy guide. Used on back, shoulders, neck, outer thighs, calves, and feet. Strategically placed nodules throughout the massager are useful.

This is a great massage cane, but I will start with the thing I wish I'd done: I ordered the "B. Black" variant - but I had considered the "Detachable Black" variant since it was the same price, came with an orange removable massage ball, had more ridge bumps on the flat portion of the cane, and could be connected in an S-shape or a C-shape. However, I was worried that it might not be sturdy enough for my husband to use since the 2 pieces click together in the middle. So I ordered the standard "B. Black" variant, expecting it to be one piece. But it's not - it also clicks together in the middle. Now that I've received it, it is VERY STURDY and I am not worried at all that my husband might snap it while using it...so I wish I'd gotten the "Detachable Black" version. I think I misunderstood the intent of the descriptor "detachable" to mean the cane would come in 2 pieces, but since all the canes come in 2 pieces, I think they mean for it to refer to the orange detachable ball. Only the pictures for the "Detachable Black" showed the cane separated into 2 pieces, but now that I know what I'm looking at, I can see the clip and join spot on the other variants in the pictures, they just never show it apart. It's a bonus if you want to pack it for a trip or something, although I will say you need to be REALLY strong to unclip it. Maybe the "Detachable Black" one is easier to separate. Also, while the canes has 2 pieces, it can ONLY be connected in an S-shape, unlike the "Detachable Black" version. So just FYI. For the cane itself -- the plastic is very thick, hard & sturdy. The ball/nubs are not rubberized or soft, they are the same hard plastic. I don't find this to be a negative, but if you're using it for a rubbing motion across bare skin, it may cause some friction. For example, I have used the nub on the straight part of cane by dragging it up and down the length of my quad - with leggings no problem, but if I'm wearing shorts and doing that on bare skin it's less comfortable. Especially for the neck nubs, you may want to flip up the collar on your shirt or drape a thin towel or scarf over your neck first. The main advantage of this cane is the wide arc at the top. I tried and returned other products with a smaller arc because my 3XL husband could not fit them around his chest & shoulder to reach between his shoulder blades, but this cane fits great. It also works great for me, even though I'm smaller. The neck nubs are great for running up and down the back your neck and base of skull - really relieves tension. I have plantar fasciitis and find the small curve great for the bottom of the foot, and the large curve to hook over your shoulder and reach between the shoulder blades is excellent (what I was really looking for). It does come with an info sheet showing a few ways to hold it for different trigger points. Overall a really great massage cane!

This massager is so good. I had some horrible shoulder pain and this tool was perfect for helping relieve it. It really gets into those tight areas and lets you control the pressure exactly where you need it. I even let my friends try it, and they loved it so much they ordered their own. Such a simple but incredibly effective tool. Highly recommend for anyone dealing with muscle tension or trigger points.

I purchased this because I gave my first one away to someone who really needed it. It worked great on my pressure points, and is now working on my sons. If nothing else has worked for you, definitely give this a try.

As a physical therapist, I'm able to provide soft tissue mobilizations to patients but find it difficult to do for myself. I sought out a tool that could get to the hard to reach places in my back and this is an exceptional tool for self massage. Why there's no 6 stars here? This device help me to massage my back like no other. I don't need a lacrosse ball anymore and do strange moves against a wall. It also reaches specific areas due to a smaller size of the point. 10/5

I get Upper back Muscle spasms from neck injury. When pain flares I press carefully on tender sore spots in upper back and shoulders and have been gradually building up length of time doing it. I breathe in first and then exhale as I press on the spot . Provides nearly instant relief from strong pain. So grateful to find this.

Ive been using this for about 5 years now and its one of the best things Ive ever purchased. It can be painful to use, you dont need to use much strength. Its a beast. It amazes me how something so simple can be so useful. Theres endless ways to use it. Great for trigger points and for massaging away tight muscles. I use it all the time, and I have bought those for my family as well. Everyone got one at christmas the year I discovered it. If you struggle with chronic pain, I reccomend this wholeheartedly. And even if you dont theyre so useful. Very sturdy and strong. And the knobs and shape make the possibilities endless. Love love love

Instead of relieving pain I am suffering much more when ever I use this product.In manufacturer's manual it was clearly mentioned that the product can be returned back within 80days without assigning any reason. Contacted LiBa the manufacturer but they replied me to contact seller. Contacted seller too. They suggested me to contact Amazon. Amazon replied that it is not returnable item and hence can't help you. Though returnable within 80days period, I am unable to get it returned back to them.
