I tried probably 15+ of the most recommended cat urine enzyme cleaners/odor eliminators and this one is hands down what got rid of the odor. My cat was having some health issues and was going on the brick floor, which made getting rid of the smell very difficult due to how porous it is. I treated the floor with numerous enzyme cleaners but they did not get rid of the odor, some even made it worse. I finally sprayed this and saturated the area 2-3 times and I can truly say the odor is completely gone. The smell of the spray is fresh and clean and didn't overpower the space. I am so relieved and will be a forever customer. Just to note, I did also try the kennel odor eliminator from the same company, but for cat specific stains, this one worked better for me.

I have a cat that thinks one of my rooms in my house is a giant litter box. I cannot tell you how many so-called "commercial" cleaners I've used that claim to get rid of cat urine stains & odor. I had a professional who uses Unchained, which I've also used, and it did get rid of the stains, but not the odor. A few days after the professional cleaning, I realized this carpet needs more. I decided to try this Thornell product, and I am thrilled! First of all, it was SO easy to mix. I put the spout of the sprayer down deep into the carpet, sprayed it well in all the places I knew were bad, scrubbed it with a brush, and let it dry. I can now put my face down to that carpet and smell NOTHING! This stuff is amazing! Buy it!

The scent is wonderful, as to opposed to other cat odor eliminators (I.e., My Pet Peed). I use it to wash my floors (sprayed on or mixed in a bucket of water). I my opinion, sadly, the kitty odor returns after 24 hours with Cat Odor-Off. That is not a deal-breaker. I will still purchase it for general floor and wall cleaning, and use the other cat odor eliminator for the really bad odors (because it seems to work better).

I'm surprised how well and fast this works! A feral male cat peed all over our back porch and even got some on wood. I had very low expectations for anything to work but WOW!!!!! All I have to say is GET IT!!!!

RUN to buy this product ! This helped with the smell and I noticed the difference by day 2.

This product really does work great, but noticed it leaves yellow stains! It says to let the area soak and wait until it’s fully dry, but doing that is what leaves the stains!

I’ve boughten this a few times, I like the smell and I believe it gets rid of the cat smell.

It doesn’t just mask odors — it actually helps eliminate them at the source when used correctly and diluted as directed. If you’re dealing with strong or lingering cat odors, this is a reliable heavy-duty option. It’s especially effective for deeper messes where lighter cleaners don’t fully solve the problem. It's the only product that works for our cat pee smells. Highly recommend! And I like this fresh scent over the other scent.

In comparison with the other urine eliminator brands, I like this best because of its scent. It eliminates the urine odor and gives a fresh scent in the area. However, it did not stop my cat from spraying around the house so I am not sure if any of this product work for my cat.

We have a cat that the kids love but I want to boot because it pees territorially because of its sister and its ruined so much of our stuff. I nearly drenched the house with this stuff after wandering around at night with a UV light and though our house smelled like a vet clinic for 3 days. The smell went away and suddenly that lingering pee smell was gone. We did a big clean and wipe and carpet clean and we have noticed way less with the UV light now! I highly reccomend! The smell is almost sweet from this product.
