Both poi were received very quickly however, one was faulty. The supplier responded to my email straight away about this and sent out a working replacement which arrived the next day. Excellent customer service and the poi themselves are great! Lots of fun to be had with these now. Thank you!

I am unsure as to whether it was my own doing with practicing too much and hitting the balls off myself but unfortunately the string has snapped on one of them already. If fixable, but just a shame as they're so new. The LED lights are very bright and have cool lighting features though

They're good poi. Not too heavy, can take hits, it's like a soft plastic. They've lasted well. Yes I did have to re-tie a couple of the knots on the strings, but it was no hassle and they have stayed together absolutely fine.

Returned for a refund however seller didn’t process refund, had to contact Amazon to get it.

Only flashed one colour if they worked at all. Cheap tat. Wouldn't recommend. Don't waste your money.
