This product was bit of a costly purchase. It could be sold for a lesser amount as the product itself is simple and made from normal plastic ( easy to break). The best part about this app is that it comes with tracker connected via bluetooth to the app. The distress signal is sent as an sms containing your precise location along with few seconds of video recorded through the front camera of your mobile to your emergency contacts. Your emergency contact has to be registered in the app as well. The battery lasts hardly for 1 year. Therefore yearly battery replacement needs to be done. The box does come with an instructions manual which is kept under the foam. You can go ahead and purchase this product even thought its costly and safety is more important than money. Great product for senior citizens, but worked only for a month. Then battery started giving alarm continuously. On customer service advice we changed the battery twice in a week. But nothing the problem still persists. And support is one of the worst. We even wrote a detailed e-mail as asked by them but still after 2 months are waiting to hear from them. Have called them number of times with absolutely no result. My advice don't buy this garbage. It's a waste of money. The idea is good but they can not support the product. These people don't understand that a product is only as good as it's after sales service.

I am reviewing this product after 1.5 months of purchase. It is one of the best products available in market and very important in today’s world where women safety is an issue. It will help them and is very easy to carry. It is small in size which does not attract unwanted attention of the people. I will advise every girl out there to must have this protect.

Liked the idea but the product is not perfect. Note after a month of use: -------------------------------- the tracker detached from the plastic loop and broke on its own while hanging from my bag. Better quality of materials is required. Points to note: ----------------- 1. The alarm sound on the product is not as loud as I wanted it to be.It makes generic beeps and triggers an ambulance like sound on the phone. 2. There is no way to record using the back camera instead of a front camera.The back camera is easier to use in some scenarios and has better picture quality. Also, it would get awkward to take a recording of an attacker by putting the phone facing the attacker. 3. The emergency contacts got messages a little late during my testing. 4. There should be a way to make the device stop beeping in case of an emergency in order to keep it with you and keep tracking alive.If someone intends to kidnap you or take you away in some way, they will obviously throw away a beeping device that you have first. 5. The device needs to have a way to give an indication of the battery level on the device itself. For a device as crucial as this, the user should know just by looking at it if it needs to be changed/charged.

I bought this device . It was tested and the functionalists of the device was excellent. My two best friend and one relative could trace my location accurately when the beep was active and called me back immediately when the sos message was alarmed on their mobile phones. I suggest all the ladies to buy one and hang it in your neck for your own safety and have the device active the moment when you step out of your house.

The recording feature and sending messages to three emergency numbers are the best features which I found. The product I think is very useful for women, children and senior citizens. It gives me a sense of security. I loved this device and would recommend this to everybody who out there.

The seller chose to send me a last generation myHero, rather than myBuddy. This one was manufactured 1.5 years ago (refer to pictures). Further, he / she has sent me a pre-used product that has probably undergone an attempted repair. Note: Both box and product seals were broken. Dear seller, if I wanted a refurbished product, I would have ordered one. The product that I received doesn’t even work - Zero sound!! To add insult to injury, the product is non-returnable. I’ve requested for a replacement. I am glad that I ordered it at my address - not at my parents. Most senior citizens would be too confused to replace in time.

Product is Good and simple to use, but required Active Mobile for messages and other Features, Application which get inslla on Mobile need to start manually , if you close it it Stop to to Sync. It should be run in the Background all the time.
