RAVELLI Italia Linea 20 Non Stick Roasting Pan 8 X 11 inches

I could not find a thing to dislike; love this pan. Cleans great, not heavy and good to use for so many different things. I love, love, love it.

Among other things it fits a chicken very nicely to cook in my Emeril XL. Glad to have a pan that in not made in China.

Like the size - if cooking for one or two the size is perfect for roasting veggies

I was searching for a pan to replace an old one with Teflon that was flaking off. There were so many options, but all with some drawbacks. I settled on this one, not sure, but then it was just perfect. It's very lightweight, which is important to me; those glass ones I have are really heavy to lift out of the oven and to clean up. The lining allows easy cleanup, and being black it seems to cook faster. It's just the right size for a lot of things, especially for two of us, e.g. four chicken thighs, two salmon filets with vegetables, rice crispy bars, lasagna. It has replaced two old pans that needed to go.

A little thinner than I’m used to

Really glad I bought this - a dream to clean and even heat distribution - I haven’t owned it long enough to know about durability. AND I like that it’s made in Italy not China as everything seems to be.

Might have been a good pan but both the first one and the replacement arrived DENTED. Bought the larger size and it came in the manufacturer box and is excellent. Ordered the smaller size and both times arrived without the original box and damaged. Paid for new but obviously not what was sent. Will ask for refund this time.

I use this pan when I make roast pork or beef. It cooks evenly and it is a breeze to clean up.

Good value for the money and easy to clean.

Baking

This pan is listed as 8x11 inches. However, as you can see in the attached pic, it is just above 12 inch inside and almost 14inch total length. This discrepancy is nowhere mentioned in the Amazon product description. I bought it for use in my stove that can take 12 inch trays, and cannot fit it in.
