Good quality
Great strap, I did not like messing with the normal carrying strap that connect on each end; this strap connect fast and accurate to get me on my way. Good quality, clean look, and easy to apply.

Convenient and easy… clean look
Just like an extremely mega large snap bracelet! It’s convenient, does its job and rolls up neatly when you’re using your mat!

Yoga Slap Band Keeps it Together
I use a yoga bag to transport my 4 mm Manduka mat to and from class. However, the rolled up mat kept unwinding and it was difficult to remove from the bag. I ordered this slap band and wrap it around my mat before placing the mat in the bag. It keeps the mat rolled up neatly.Not sure if it would work for much thicker mats though.

Great Alternative to Yoga Bag
My new yoga mat is (necessarily) thicker than any I've had, which means it's also a little cumbersome and too large to put in my bag. In fact, my yoga mat tests the limit of this slap band, but the Gaiam Yoga Mat Strap Slap Band still does its job heroically, keeping the mat in a manageable roll and making it much easier to carry into and out of class without its unrolling.

HOLDS MATS TIGHT
Love the snap sound as it wraps around the mat, reminds me of those snap bracelets in the early 2000s. Great for holding your yoga mats, no matter the thickness. Easy to wipe clean too. Wish it came with a carrying strap.

Great snap-strap BUT.....
Be aware that this will leave a little divot in your mat from the edge of the snap-strap if left on too long. To prevent this, I use a hand towel around my mat first and then snap this thing on.

Great Quality & Strong but Too short for 1/2 thick Mats
Great Slap bands, good quality but Too Short for 1/2 inch thick Mats to fit around. Needs to be another 6 inches and longer slap bands. I like them so much, please make longer slap bands.
