As someone who's done yoga for very many years I love these.

Solid option at reasonable price
I bought these to help me with raised lunges to give me a wider range, rather than for yoga. They do the job though can me a bit soft when applying my full weight. That said, they are a solid brick, nice colour and good quality so really good value when compared to other more expensive options.
