So many features!
This scanner surprised me with just how fast it was. It also generates this nice report you can send to yourself or a customer. Very professional looking. I was able to do all the major resets we needed at our shop. As an added bonus, it has a "mall" where you can purchase add on features for really cheap. Highly recommend.

Works great, even for EOBD on Euro spec computers
Great reader, and worked well on a european land cruiser computer, which even our expensive snap-on reader didn't do. The customer support was also great, and the updates are easy to do.

I would NOT recommend any Launch product. There is absolutely NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT!
The seller, Kingbolen, appears to just be a drop shipper. Am I wrong? Customer service is a hotmail address which after more than a week has not responded to me. There is no phone number to call. It's all pretty sketchy. Like most everything these days, it's made in China. Have tried it on several cars & so far seems to work ok. You will get varying amounts of data depending on the car's capability. Update 12-27-19: Never did get any response from my emails for help. When I first connected it could not read my SRS (airbag) system on an '09 Saturn. But after a few more tries it did & gave me the SRS DTC I needed. I must admit that I was able to fix my SRS issue myself based on that code & saved untold hundreds that the dealer might have charged me. So my feeling is it has already paid for itself.

Easy yo use
For a 63-year-old man, this is one of the easiest systems to work with, I always have issues getting electronics started up, but this is the best one yet, So I give it a great thumbs up, Plus they contact you back when I had a question. Thank you

El producto llegó genial es muy funcional y es bastante sencillo de utilizar, además es bastante completo en todos los sistemas del coche . Hay ocasiones que el VIN lo detecta automáticamente y otras veces hay que hacerlo manualmente pero no hay ningún problema. Muy buena impresión además te guarda los informes de autodiagnosis y hace captura de pantalla y las memoriza .
