100 Medium Dubia Roaches in Cup

So perhaps the listing is a bit deceptive, but im happy with my order regardless. Theyre quite small, definitely not medium sized! (First pic, one of my oldest & biggest leftover roaches highlighted in yellow. Dubias from this order circled in black.) Their size is no issue because if you take care of them, they’ll grow. (Which doesn’t take long.) My previous ones are still alive 3 months later, and they were ordered at a true medium (Diff seller). If you keep these guys healthy for longer they’ll be even better for your critter because they’ll be gut loaded! Id also recommend getting a bug enclosure for longevity. None that i could see came dead!

My bearded dragon loves these. I have ordered them several times. They arrive on time, alive, and in good health. I provide them food and they thrive and are active the entire time until I feed my dragon. Great value compared to purchasing at the feed store.

Based off reviews and description Dubia’s should have been approximately 3/8 of an inch and in a cup. Roaches came in a box with hole, a bag that was not tied well as the tie was ripped, and the container provided was way too small. The roaches were HUGE. My bearded dragon can not eat them. They were at least double the size mentioned. There were maybe 25 that were an appropriate size. Reviews stated that generally they came smaller so I emailed to see if there could have been a mistake and the seller was not very helpful. Never asked for a refund, I mentioned the mistake to see if it was possible they were aware one was made. When asked, they wanted them all photographed. I understand but am also not going to be getting out 100 roaches out of a mesh sack that was already difficult because the tie was ripped, just to attempt to dump them back in because I have 0 use for them. I will give them to someone who can use them, but truly expected better customer service. After going back and looking at reviews it seems there is a lot of inconsistency with sizing. Learned my lesson and will take my business else where.

While I did get about 100 roaches as advertised, they were definitely smaller than advertised. Quarter comparison is shown. Also, though the cup they arrived in did have plenty of airholes, the box that cup was in was fully sealed without any airflow, or packing to protect the cup from jostling around inside of the box. I would hope for more precautions to be taken, and potentially larger bugs, in the future, but they still made my beardie and tarantula happy, so I would order from them again.

This company is actually the best! I had a problem with one shipment on an extremely hot day so they all died but it wasn’t their fault and they worked with me to replace them!! Awesome company!

Very small but not many dead. I gave it a 3 cause they were small and I have to feed them more before I feed them to my dragon to make them bigger
