I was a little skeptical about this product, but I needed a cheap hand mixer so I decided to take the risk considering the mixed reviews. First time using it, it spun much faster than I expected. I whipped a 1/4 cup heavy cream (not even whipping cream) to stiff peaks in 30 seconds to a minute. It was amazing. Couldn’t be happier. Not sure how it would do with more cream, but if it has issue you could simply do it in batches. Only drawback is if it took much longer it would have been hard on your hands. That’s the only issue I had.

It kept on getting stuck. Did not mix well at all

I purchased this mainly to mix eggs with one hand for scrambling and it does that well. When I squeeze in water or in air it's a breeze, but when I squeeze in the eggs I get more resistance than I anticipated. The blades are serrated so take care not to hurt your fingers when cleaning by hand. It rinses nicely if you clean it right away. Not sure about dishwasher. I wish the blades were more like a wisk than a blender.

I didn't think it would be as fast as an electric one, but it's very slow and I would not expect any egg to yield fluffiness with this mixer in charge. Overall, it isn't so bad. Doesn't do too well with thick stuff

I love doing quick stirring of ingredients or sauces or salad dressing with this handy little gadget! Great to have in your utensil drawer. Easy to use & easy to clean under running water.

Dislike 👎 manual, hard to turn in mixture. Would not recommend.

I used it to make frappuccino style drink with chilled milk and instant coffee. It only took about 10 seconds to blend and make the foam on top.

I like it because of it’s light weight and I don’t have to plug it in! All it requires is a little hand power. It’s actually quicker to use this than the traditional hand or stand mixer and a breeze to clean.

Durable

I was quite excited when I ordered this handheld blender. Though, my expectations were literally shattered after I received it. The product came dirty, had cracks and looked pre-used. This was a really sour experience and I would be extremely cautious with ordering products from amazon now.

Was very excited about the price and the way to use it intrigued me. While baking it has definitely done the trick with lighter mixes like souffle or eggs, but took even longer to get to the right texture. I had to take turns with my roommates when baking it. It's tough on thick batters like cookies and cake though. Specific uses for this guy.

Not very handy to use, it is cheaply made and awkward to use.
